Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of TikRec, including the Telegram bot @tikrec_live_bot, tikrec.com, recording delivery, watchlists, archive requests, and support features. By using TikRec, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, stop using TikRec.

2. Service

TikRec helps users record publicly available TikTok live streams. Users can request manual recordings, follow creators through a watchlist, and receive completed videos through Telegram. The website displays creator pages, recording metadata, preview images, and links that send users to the Telegram bot.

TikRec does not guarantee that every live stream will be detected, recorded, processed, delivered, or kept available in the archive. Live sources, platform changes, network errors, media corruption, and Telegram limits can affect delivery.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TikRec. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian reviewed these Terms with you.

4. Your responsibility

You agree that you will:

• Use recordings only where you have the right or permission to do so.
• Respect the rights of creators and other people shown in streams.
• Not sell, repost, redistribute, or publish recordings without the required rights.
• Not use TikRec for harassment, stalking, abuse, spam, fraud, or unlawful monitoring.
• Not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or interfere with the service.
• Comply with all laws that apply to your use of recordings and the service.

You are responsible for the creators you track, the recordings you request, and how you use files delivered to you.

5. Content rights

TikRec does not claim ownership of TikTok live streams or creator content. The original creator or rights holder may own copyrights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights in the content.

TikRec may remove, hide, disable, or block recordings, creator pages, users, or watchlist entries when we receive a valid complaint, detect abuse, or decide that continued availability creates legal, safety, or operational risk.

6. Copyright and takedowns

If you own rights in content available on TikRec, submit a copyright notice through the DMCA and legal contact page. Include the reported URL, the original work, your contact details, and the required copyright statements.

We review complete notices and may remove or disable access to the reported content. We may reject incomplete notices or requests that do not identify the content clearly.

7. Plans and billing

TikRec offers limited and paid tiers. Current public tiers include:

• Free: limited watchlist and active recording capacity.
• Basic: larger watchlist and more concurrent recording capacity.
• Pro: the highest watchlist and concurrent recording limits.

Paid subscriptions run through a subscription provider. That provider handles checkout, receipts, taxes, cancellations, and refunds. TikRec may change pricing, features, limits, or plan names. Material changes apply prospectively unless we tell you otherwise.

8. Account suspension

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the bot, submit fraudulent notices, attack the service, create operational risk, or expose TikRec to legal risk. We may act without prior notice when needed.

9. Availability

TikRec is provided as available. We may modify, pause, limit, or stop any feature. Recordings can fail, arrive late, arrive in parts, contain missing frames, or become unavailable.

We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect recordings, fixed delivery times, permanent archive access, or compatibility with future platform changes.

10. Disclaimers

TikRec is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Telegram, or any creator whose content appears in a recording. Brand names belong to their owners.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TikRec disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TikRec and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including missed recordings, lost files, delayed delivery, account loss, legal claims from your use of recordings, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for claims related to TikRec will not exceed the amount you paid to TikRec in the 30 days before the claim, or USD 5 if you paid nothing in that period.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Italy have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms or TikRec.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when we last revised them. Continued use of TikRec after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
